China Foreign Exchange Trade System (CFETS) published that CFETS RMB Index on 28 February 2023 closed at 99.83,staying the sameas the end of last month.

In order to facilitate the market to observe the change of RMB effective exchange rate from different perspectives, CFETS also published RMB indices based on BIS currency basket and SDR currency basket respectively. On 28February 2023, the above two indices closed at104.63 and 96.59 respectively, losing 0.32% and 1.46% from the end of last month.
