China Foreign Exchange Trade System (CFETS) published that CFETS RMB Index on 31 July 2018 closed at 92.41, losing 3.40% from the end of last month.

In order to facilitate the market to observe the change of RMB effective exchange rate from different perspectives, CFETS also published RMB indices based on BIS currency basket and SDR currency basket respectively. On 31 July 2018, the above two indices closed at 95.67 and 92.70 respectively, losing 3.36% and losing 3.33% from the end of last month.
